Downtown Toronto Condominiums For most downtown Toronto condominiums, drone photography is not included, as aerial operations may be impractical or restricted depending on the property’s location and surrounding controlled airspace. Drone photography can be requested and will be reviewed case by case, subject to location, regulations, weather conditions, and flight authorization requirements where applicable.

Yes. Choose the supplied-photo video option and send a production request. The studio confirms suitable source files, scope and timing before an order is arranged. This does not reserve a property shoot.
On-site delivery before the team leaves, unless the agreed written scope states otherwise. Photo and video outputs can have different delivery dates; each selected service lists its own production timing.
Choose the band covering the areas to be photographed or filmed. If measurements, included areas or access are uncertain, ask the studio before payment. Larger or unusual properties can be quoted individually.
Finish staging, clear counters and floors, secure pets and arrange access before the appointment. Include parking, concierge instructions and any rooms or details that must be captured.
Drone coverage depends on location, weather and flight restrictions. Contact the studio if conditions could affect exterior work; any change to the shoot follows the agreed booking terms.
The order review shows the full service price, applicable tax, your payment today and the remaining balance. Select a reservation deposit or full payment where offered.
